Clients receive all material information reasonably available to us that may influence their purchasing or investment decisions.

payment structures
ownership information where reasonably verifiable
known limitations
relevant uncertainties

We do not make unrealistic promises regarding investment returns, capital appreciation or future market performance.

4. Due Diligence

We exercise reasonable professional care when reviewing the information available to us.

This may include reviewing:

project documentation
developer information
pricing structures
floor areas
payment plans
publicly available registrations and documentation

As we rely on information supplied by developers, owners and other third parties, we cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy.

The ultimate legal, tax, financial and technical due diligence remains the responsibility of the purchaser and their independent professional advisers.

5. Zero Tolerance for Corruption

Beachfront Real Estate maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach towards:

facilitation payments
hidden commissions;- improper gifts or hospitality
unlawful influence
any other unethical business practice

No employee, consultant or representative may offer, request, authorise or accept any improper advantage.

6. Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime

We actively support national and international efforts to prevent:

fraud
tax evasion
corruption
sanctions violations
organised financial crime

Where appropriate, client identification, source-of-funds verification and additional compliance procedures may be carried out.

Beachfront Real Estate reserves the right to decline or terminate any business relationship where unacceptable legal, regulatory or reputational risks exist.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Personal, financial or commercial interests must never compromise our professional responsibilities towards our clients.

Any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest shall be disclosed promptly.
