To provide greater transparency and facilitate comparisons for our international clients, property prices may be displayed in multiple currencies on our website, brochures, presentations, property exposés, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

The Contract Currency Prevails

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the legally binding purchase price shall always be the price specified by the respective developer, seller, or contracting party in the official contract currency.

The contract currency may include, but is not limited to:

  • Omani Rial (OMR)
  • Egyptian Pound (EGP)
  • Euro (EUR)
  • United States Dollar (USD)
  • Or any other currency specified by the respective developer or seller.

Any currency conversions provided by Beachfront Real Estate & Investment LLC are supplied solely for general information and comparison purposes.

They do not constitute a contractual offer, guarantee, financial advice, or any legally binding representation regarding exchange rates or purchase prices.

Exchange Rates

Foreign exchange rates fluctuate continuously and may change at any time without prior notice.

The conversion values displayed on our website and marketing materials are based on publicly available exchange rate information at the time of publication or calculation.

The actual exchange rates applied by banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, credit card companies, or developers may differ significantly from those shown.

As a result, the final purchase price payable in another currency may be higher or lower than any indicative conversion displayed by Beachfront Real Estate & Investment LLC.
