Before presenting a property, we make reasonable efforts to review available documentation and information provided by developers, owners or other authorised parties.

Where appropriate, this may include reviewing:

- payment structures;

- project status.

However, ultimate legal, technical, engineering, tax and financial verification remains the responsibility of independent qualified professionals appointed by the client.

Real estate markets change.

No responsible adviser can guarantee:

- exchange rates;

- investment returns.

We therefore avoid exaggerated claims and unrealistic expectations.
